This coating agent is a product integrated from multiple selected and highly efficient coating-specific auxiliary components. It uses our company's unique proprietary production process to efficiently and organically integrate the particles of various components, so that each finished particle uniformly contains all component particles. Compared with products produced by the traditional dry-mixing process of various components, it has better uniformity and adhesion on EPS. The product has good fluidity, is easy to adhere to the surface of EPS particles during use, and is not easy to fall off.

This is a special additive specifically developed for use in EPS production. It significantly improves the agglomeration problem of pre-expanded particles, better controls the release of foaming agent during the pre-expansion process, making the foaming particles uniform during the foaming process and having better fluidity during the molding process. It reduces the probability of producing substandard products. It allows heat to penetrate the particles uniformly, enhances the fusion ability of pre-expanded particles in the mold, making them consistent inside and out, and improves demolding performance and demolding ability. It maintains the shape of the finished product after cooling and shrinkage, reducing waste product generation.

It should be stored in a cool, dry place. (Recommended temperature below 25℃, relative humidity less than 80%, avoid sunlight).

When unopened, it can be stored under specified conditions for at least 12 months.
